About the project

We were tasked to redesign and migrate the Safer Walsall Partnership website to a new platform. Our primary goal was to ensure the website provided a positive experience for the users.

We conducted a thorough research process, studying the current website to identify its usability issues and gain insights into users’ expectations.

Based on the insights, we crafted an experience focused on creating a responsive, easy to use interface that clearly presents resources and information to users. To support this we implemented an intuitive navigation system and search functions.

We also created an interactive blog and article system that enables the organisation to post regularly and improve its overall digital presence.

Once the site was live, we monitored the website performance to ensure its smooth functioning and a consistent positive experience.
